Design Features
  • Major component materials manufactured from Spheroidal graphite (SG) iron 400/12 grade to AS1831 or optional marine grade bronze
  • Shaft materials from AS2837-316 590mpa uts or UNS S31803 maximum 1100mpa uts
  • Rolling element bearings are grease feed spherical roller type.
  • High input horsepower direct coupled or overhung pulley load capable shaft assembly.
  • Variable sealing options including standard gland packed, DIN mechanical seals and cartridge type seals.
  • Gaskets, seals and O ring material from insertion rubber and nitrile with viton fluoro-elastomer material optional.
  • Fasteners - 8.8 grade high tensile zinc coated and stainless steel 316 grade.
  • Dynamically setting rotating element incorporating anti-wear coatings on balance valve and discharge casing faces.

Multistage pumps are suitable for applications that require high pressure head delivery such as mine dewatering up inclines (deep pits), boiler pumps in marine vessels and multi storey buildings.
