Specialised Design Features
- Primary design application is for mine dewatering.
- Self priming operation.
- Suction flange - heavy duty 300mm or 250mm hole patterns to AS2129 "E".
- Discharge flange - heavy duty 250mm hole pattern to AS2129 "E".
- Input drives - electric or engine up to 250 kilowatts.
- Performance delivery of a maximum of 335 litres per second with a total head of 85 metres.
- Major cast components manufactured from heavy section Spheroidal graphite (SG) iron complying with AS1831 400/12 grade.
- Shaft material - high tensile alloy steel to AS1444 minimum 800mpa tensile with O ring sealed wear sleeve fitted material from AS2837-316 stainless steel.
- Mechanical seal assembly - heavy duty to suit application.
- Gaskets, seals and O ring material from insertion rubber and nitrile with viton fluoro-elastomer material optional.
- Fasteners - 8.8 grade high tensile zinc coated and stainless steel 316 grade.
- Rotating element bearings - front matched pair of angular contact 7316 series and heavy duty ball 6316 series C3 class bearings. Rear - heavy duty ball 6316 series C3 class. Grease feed with purge flingers.
