Standard Design Features

• Design, Assembly and Performance complying within ISO 2858 Standards.
• Casing (heavy section) / Impeller / Intermediate Cover (heavy section) - Std Material Cast Iron AS 1830 T150 - 220 Grade
• Shaft - Stainless Steel - AS 2837- 431
• Fasteners standard - Zn Coated 4.6 - 8.8 Grade.
• Gaskets/Seals - Nitrile or Insertion Rubber.
• Mechanical Seal - DIN 24960 - Rubber Bellows Type.
• Ball Bearings - Long life - regrease-able (standard).
• Pulley Drive Pumps - Heavy Duty Double row bearing fitted for overhung loading.

Design Options

In general our ISO pumps can be configured to suit a wide variety of application conditions which are not catered for by other manufacturers in off the shelf units as ISO pumps are generally stocked.

A wide variety of special purpose materials can be accommodated for during the production process eg Stainless Steel, Spheroidal Graphite (SG) Iron, Chrome Iron etc.

The rotating element can be configured for heavy duty applications including high horsepower dc input, overhung loading such as pulley drives etc in AS2837 - 431 or UNS S31803 high tensile stainless steel.

All bearings fitted are oversize long life type normal or C3 class which can be sealed for life, grease or oil lubricated in varying configurations.

Consumable material options available for high tensile fasteners, high grade material O-rings, oil seals and mechanical seals.

In support our Service and Maintenance Dept. offer technical back up and spare parts for the operational life of the product thus allowing for full customer service and minimal maintenance downtime.
