Skid Base Mounted DC Series Centrifugal Pump Compressor Assisted Priming

Assembly Design Features Priming and Discharge Features

• High Horse Power Diesel Engines to suit application and pump unit (Caterpillar, Cummins, Perkins models available)
• Skid Mounting Base frames- Steel sections to As3679 Channel or Angle including in built fuel tank (capacities to suit engines drives)
• Galvanised or epoxy coated surface finish to suit application environment.
• Standard central single point lift. (6 poin tlift is optional)
• Drive Couplings - Heavy Duty Flew Jaw, Pin Bush or Steel Flex types fitted (to suit engine rating) with shaft taper lock bushes for ease of installation and maintenance.
• Coupling guard  - Fully enclosed 2mm steel anti scatter type.

• Engine rain cover fitted as standard.

Priming and Discharge Features

• Suction priming cannister and compressor asssited selfpriming system fitted to suit application. This automatically maintains the pump primed with fluid.
• Suction boom and suction hose option - heavy duty steel reinforced hose with strainer and fitting to suit application.
• Heavy Duty Discharge reflux valve fitted to prevent water reflux and pump damage.
• Discharge pipe- work to suit with ANSI CL150 or As2129 "E" flanges.
